- Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions herein. Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance.
- To cancel, return or exchange an item, the customer must write to us at info@jewellerslounge.com.com within 24hrs of order placement/receiving the product. Alternatively, the customer may even call/whatsapp at our customer care number +91 – 9871024847 Monday-Friday between 11am-8pm.
- All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
- All exchange, (unless the product is defected or damaged) will have exchange shipping charges of upto INR 500/- applicable. These are return shipping and re-shipping charges.
- Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange. If the exchange product is not accepted, the money will not be refunded or credited.
- Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time.
- Product/products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged if its a customised order, made especially on order with alterations. All heavy Indian necklace sets/ earrings, made on order, are also not eligible for return/exchange.
- A product returned to us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by us and upon confirmation by us that the product is in fact returnable as per these terms.
- The MRP listed on the website is inclusive of shipping and taxes. They may vary in price by 500/- INR because of the same. Any claims arising out of this will not be entertained.
- For all exchange where the product is not damaged or defected, there will be extra shipping charges on actual basis which has to be paid by the customer.
- Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform Our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
- Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/exchange will not be possible.
- Discounted product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon.
- All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
- For all types of claims, please provide an unboxing video made in front of the courier partner delivery boy, and provide his name and number. Without the video and other details no claims will be entertained.
- Any COD order cancellation after 72 hrs of order placement will have Rs 500/- penalty charges. These are handcrafted products and there are multiple artisans involved in the making of each product. We request you to please place order with responsibility.
- Prepaid orders, cannot be cancelled and refunded once placed. You can write to us for credit note or exchange within 24hrs of placing the order.
- We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Only store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order. No paid orders are eligible for cancellation after 24hrs of placing the order.

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to us.
For International Orders
- We do not accept any cancellation/exchange for International orders.
- The shipping charges are extra as per actual for all international orders.
